Hi!  I’m Jessica Regnante. I’m an Exercise Physiologist & Holistic Lifestyle Coach on a mission to help everyone live BEYOND STRONG®.  I like to think of myself as a modern-day alchemist. I learn bodywork and exercise modalities in their purist forms and then blend everything together with holistic lifestyle coaching to feel like pure magic.

My goal is to not only teach people how to “work-out,” but also how to “work-in” to help them take the satisfaction they’re getting from their exercise programs to the next level and bring a sense of well-being into all areas of their lives. Integrating mind/body/spirit connection with scientific exercise program design, my signature JRx method is a fusion of all of my areas of expertise:
