I’m an Exercise Physiologist & Holistic Lifestyle Coach on a mission to help people live BEYOND STRONG®. I like to think of myself as a modern-day alchemist. I learn bodywork and exercise modalities in their purist forms and then blend everything together with holistic lifestyle coaching to feel like pure magic.
25+ years of experience has taught me that it’s really not only “what” exercises people are doing with their fitness training that can cause problems, but more “how” they are moving and living their lives that’s the real issue.
