Hi!  I’m Jessica Regnante. I’m an Exercise Physiologist & Holistic Lifestyle Coach on a mission to help everyone live BEYOND STRONG®.  I like to think of myself as a modern-day alchemist. I learn bodywork and exercise modalities in their purist forms and then blend them together with holistic lifestyle coaching to feel like pure magic.  Integrating mind/body/spirit connection with scientific exercise program design, my signature JRx method is a fusion of all of my areas of expertise:
