Meet me

Hi!  I’m Jessica Regnante.  

I’m an Exercise Physiologist & Holistic Lifestyle Coach on a mission to help everyone live BEYOND STRONG®.  I like to think of myself as a modern-day alchemist. I learn bodywork and exercise modalities in their purist forms and then blend everything together with holistic lifestyle coaching to feel like pure magic.

25+ years of experience has taught me that it’s really not only “what” exercises people are doing with their fitness training that keeps them from getting real results, but more “how” they are moving and living their lives that’s the real issue.  Applied knowledge is power for me and I love teaching people the “why” of wellness.  

My goal is always to not only teach people how to “work-out” better with mind/body connection, but also how to “work-in” to bring a sense of well-being (aka spirit) into all areas of their lives.  Integrating mind/body/spirit connection with scientific exercise program design, my signature JRx method is a fusion of all of my areas of expertise:
