This is not a “no pain, no gain.” experience- and it’s not quite yoga, either! Instead, this online fusion workout will help you understand how your body was designed to move using the weight of your own body, mind/body/spirit connection and scientific exercise program design to develop true body control for all the gain-without the pain.
