JRx Wellness is more than fitness - it’s also about strength of spirit!
Just like pieces of a puzzle, JRx Wellness brings all the elements of wellness together. This healthy living system is for people who already have a foundation in fitness: They have often tried all the latest fitness trends and know tons of facts about what to eat and how to live a healthy life - yet they’re not happy with their results.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
Using the JRx principles as the foundation, a “coach approach” is used to help people move in a mindful way, refine body mechanics, establish healthy eating strategies and put rest/recovery practices in place to tune into both body and soul.
The JRx Principles:
Balanced Movement
Developing mobility, stability, strength and power in all planes of movement with total body alignment prevents overuse injuries and promotes body control.
Positive Mindset
Being mindful with movement, internally, helps you perform moves externally with accuracy- and picturing the end result of a goal helps you achieve it!
Breath Work
We take an average of 20,000 breaths a day and 100,000,000 breaths in a lifetime, so learning to breathe efficiently definitely needs to be a priority!
Proper Hydration
Brain tissue is said to consist of 85% water. Drinking 1/2 your body weight in oz. daily helps the body avoid dehydration. Avoid dehydration to think well and feel well.
Optimal Nutrition
Nutrient-rich foods that fuel your lifestyle and sharpen your mind are key for nutrition, but what you put on your body (that’s absorbed through skin) also plays a role.
Quality Sleep
The amount and quality of sleep impacts many of the systems in our body. Discovering methods to sleep better will help you with both physical and mental recovery.
