How Virtual Coaching Works:

All you need is a webcam and you’re ready to work with me, no matter where you are. It’s like I’m right next to you in your room!

Virtual JRx sessions are almost identical to in-person coaching, but with specifically targeted cueing that guarantees you’ll feel all the benefits of the JRx method - even without hands-on assists!

Continuous feedback is provided to ensure that you’ll have the alignment needed to work safely, prevent injuries and get results.

Gives you the variety, inventiveness and accountability of a person on the other end of the line; someone who will coach you and help you work in the most intelligent way possible to reach your goals.

Questions are answered like we’re meeting in-person. This gives you the advantage of having a session with me, wherever you want!


You’ll become a whiz at understanding your personal power as you learn what changes need to be made to help you move and live better -and will leave our session feeling fabulous, functional and free!

This virtual “bootcamp-alternative” is designed to be a fun, challenging workout that builds a strong, pain-free body with mindful action!  Learn how to do more with less effort with a 60-minute, semi-private Zoom training experience that will leave you feeling energized -and gets you to love movement more than ever!

This is not a “no pain, no gain.” experience- and it’s not quite yoga, either! Instead, this online fusion workout will help you understand how your body was designed to move using the weight of your own body, mind/body/spirit connection and scientific exercise program design to develop true body control for all the gain-without the pain.

What you will need:

  • WiFi and a webcam
  • An exercise mat

Too much tension in the body often leads to overuse injuries, poor posture and chronic pain. This semi-private, interactive Zoom group is designed for recreational athletes, “weekend warriors” and those that want to learn body balancing techniques for injury prevention, performance and well-being.

Using a 6-10 inch ball and the weight of your own body to free up common areas of tightness in the body, a series of rolling out sequences is blended with corrective exercises to align the body, develop true body control and help carry over that total body alignment into your day.

What you will need:

  • WiFi and a webcam
  • Yamuna® gold & pearl ball
  • An exercise mat
